Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free version really free?
Yes! No credit card required, no hidden fees. The Live Map, temperament sharing, and safety features are 100% free forever. We may show occasional, non-intrusive ads to free users.
What happens after my free trial?
You'll be prompted to subscribe to Alpha Pack. If you don't, you'll simply drop back to the free plan - you won't lose any data, and all free features keep working.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel through your App Store or Google Play account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you subscribed. UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! For now, each account is for one person (though you can add multiple dogs to your profile).
What about multi-dog households?
Free users can add one dog profile. Alpha Pack members can add unlimited dogs to their account.
Is Go Rocco really free?
